This has been further fostered during her physiotherapy studies, where she worked with Old Xaverians Football Club, as well as working in her local gym. Having experienced the life of an athlete, Teagan understands the impact an injury can have on your body. She believes in a holistic and multifaceted approach to rehabilitation and utilizes a wide range of manual therapy and exercise prescription to facilitate return to peak performance.

Outside of work, Teagan continues playing and umpiring netball. As well as staying active, Teagan enjoys traveling and catching up with friends over a coffee.
