  • Support to reach your goals through a comprehensive mentoring program – led by Specialist Physiotherapist Dr. Jenny Hynes (FACP) - which focuses on both personal and career growth.

  • Facilities that leave you room to breathe with spacious and modern workspaces.

  • Autonomy to develop your career with recognition of your performance via structured career pathways including senior roles and practice shareholding.

  • Meaningful collaboration and teamwork with a social bent?

  • A workplace where fun is part of the therapy?

  • A workplace that values your family with flexible parental leave arrangements?

Because those are our values.

The Role

We are always open to meeting with physiotherapists seeking either a full-time or part-time position. Working across our busiest times, this role offers a tailored schedule that enhances our expanding Physiotherapy program.

Whilst experience is welcome, we value personality, ability and attitude over anything else. So physiotherapists of all levels, including early career and graduate physiotherapists are welcome to submit your CV’s.

In addition to your in-clinic role, we offer a diverse range of opportunities.  Be it involvement with our local sporting team network, specialised in-clinic programs or incentives to pursue further study and an academic pathway.

Given our clinic’s focus and demographic, an interest or experience in Sports Physiotherapy and/or Clinical Pilates would be considered an advantage for any position at Keilor Road Physiotherapy but is not essential.

New Graduate Program

Jenny Hynes (FACP) and our Post Graduate trained senior staff have personally developed an approach to an initial consultation and our signature systems for each commonly treated area of the body. These are how we would assess and treat everything, from the cervical spine to the ankle and how to plan ongoing management.

As part of the new graduate program you’ll get unprecedented access to Jenny 1:1, as you start out, to review patients and work on hands-on techniques. All of your mentoring is paid.

Included in the new graduate program is diarised mentoring - 1 hour weekly with titled Sports Physiotherapists Robbie Webb and Cuong Pham, as well as 1.5 hours fortnightly with Jenny Hynes and the entire team. There will also be an overlap with senior staff every day you're in clinic. If we were to quantify the monetary value of the mentoring here at KRP, it would easily be in the $10,000's.

You’ll start with 1-hour initial consults and a small caseload. This allows new graduate physiotherapists paid time to shadow senior staff, study during your day if there's something you need to reflect on and ultimately take your time. It also allows us to construct your caseload carefully and safely, starting with areas of the body and particular injuries that you might be more comfortable with (which are screened through reception) with longer consult times if needed. We then progressively increase the types of injuries you see as a clinician, as mentoring and shadowing improves your confidence.

If you're passionate about progressing your career and being a stand out clinician, in a team that you can be proud of being a part of, this is the practice for you.
