Tina Chau
Meet Tina! Tina is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Stretch Therapist. A consummate fitness professional with many years of experience spanning the general, and niche, fitness skill sets in both public and corporate environments.
Tina fell in love with Pilates in 2010 and became qualified to teach that same year. Over a 14 years later, Tina is still very passionate about the health and fitness industry and really cares for her clients wellbeing, inspiring them to understand the benefits of movement and nutrition, along with enriched strength and flexibility stemming from Pilates.
Being more traditionally trained, Tina is very technical when it comes to alignment to ensure you get the most out of each movement and challenge the body. You may see an innocent smile but you will definitely feel the Pilates burn in her classes!
Olivia Bykowska
Meet Olivia! Olivia is a dedicated APPI certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor. Currently studying physiotherapy, she brings a unique understanding of biomechanics and rehabilitation to her classes.
With a passion for movement and wellness, Olivia is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals. She believes Pilates is an important concept to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
In her classes, Olivia creates a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that every client feels valued and challenged. She blends traditional and contemporary Pilates techniques, encouraging clients to explore their potential and joy of movement.
Emily Cheung
Meet Emily! Growing up in gymnastics, she discovered her love for movement early on, which has shaped her life in wonderful ways. Her journey led her to cheerleading, where she competed at the world championships twice and proudly contributed to her team’s victory at the European Championships. Emily then explored the world of circus arts, living and performing across Scandinavia for three enriching years in Norway.
As a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, personal trainer, circus and flexibility trainer, Emily emphasizes the importance of technique and foundations in her classes. She believes that a solid base opens a world of possibilities for exploration and growth. With a keen interest in mobility and strength, she enjoys challenging her own ideas, especially regarding hypermobility.
Emily’s favourite Pilates accessory is the soft ball, which she loves using to enhance core stability and engagement. When she’s not teaching, you might find her enjoying a day of surfing or hanging upside down—always appreciating the joy of movement in its many forms.

Zoe Sipovac
Meet Zoe! As a passionate advocate for health and wellness, Zoe is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals through personalised Pilates instruction.
With a Bachelor in Science and a Master's in Business, Zoe’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the body and movement, paired with a strategic mindset that enhances the class structure and client connection. Zoe has a passion for working with clients with body limitations, injuries, or wear and tear from daily life, offering modifications and techniques to build strength, flexibility, and balance safely.
Zoe also loves challenging clients, guiding them to achieve their best workout and reach their full potential in every session. Whether recovering from an injury or seeking to elevate fitness levels, Zoe is committed to leading clients through a supportive yet motivating Pilates experience!
Hailey Luong
Meet Hailey! Hailey first discovered Pilates while rehabilitating lower back and pelvic floor issues after giving birth to her son. She found that it helped her post-partum recovery, improved posture, build muscle strength as well improved mental health.
Hailey initially trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates with Breathe Education in 2017. Hailey expanded to yin yoga, rebirthing breath work and meditation. Hailey is also currently about to complete her Diploma Pilates with Polestar.
You can expect a challenging class with Hailey where she focuses on controlled movement that delivers a slow burn. Hailey loves helping her clients realise their fitness objectives, correcting posture and balancing the mind and body. Nothing makes Hailey happier than to see clients grow and become more confident in their movement and in themselves.
Meisha Loskot
Meet Meisha! A certified Reformer Pilates instructor and strength coach with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing.
With a focus on mind-body connection, Meisha integrates Pilates principles, strength training, and mindfulness to help her clients achieve balance, flexibility, and functional strength.
She believes in a whole-body approach, focusing on mental and physical harmony to empower individuals to reach their fitness goals while improving overall health.

Tayla Cole
Meet Tayla! An APPI qualified Pilates instructor, certified in Mat & Reformer. She has a contagious enthusiasm for fitness and wellness and loves being able to help clients unlock their full potential, inside and out.
Once Tayla fell in love with Pilates that was it, she was hooked! She has developed a unique teaching style that combines precision, challenge and encouragement. Tayla’s passion is helping clients achieve their goals, whether it be building strength, enhancing movement or simply finding serenity in this busy world we live in.
She will make you fall in love with Pilates the same way she did!
