Waiver:
By enrolling in a class at Keilor Road Pilates, you agree to the following waiver. I agree to not hold Keilor Road Pilates studio or any of its contractors or employees responsible for any injuries or other misfortune sustained while attending any classes or courses at the studio. I also understand that my contact information provided may be used by Keilor Road Pilates and its event partners for marketing purposes.
Service Sales:
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if a Keilor Road Pilates team member incorrectly processes a sale on the client’s behalf.
Weekly Memberships:
Weekly Memberships renew every 7 days and have a minimum term of 4 months (16 weeks). Once the minimum term is met, you will continue to be charged the weekly membership fee unless you notify us that you would like to cancel by providing 30 days written notice. Any monies currently outstanding must be finalised prior to placing your termination notice. Your membership and all scheduled payments will continue as per usual during the termination notice period. A hold cannot be placed during the notice period. Weekly Memberships can be put on hold (or suspended) for up to 4 weeks (56 days) per calendar year. 7 days’ notice must be given by emailing the hold dates to info@keilorroadpilates.com.au and the hold must be in 7-day increments, starting from your direct debit day. When placing a suspension on the membership, this extends the minimum term end date by the number of weeks you have suspended the membership for. Any monies currently outstanding must be finalised prior to placing a hold on your membership. We strictly do not back-date any membership holds. If you are injured, you can suspend your Weekly Membership for the lesser of the duration of your injury and 6 months with a medical certificate emailed to info@keilorroadpilates.com.au For those on a 2 class weekly or 3 class weekly Membership, any classes you book over your membership limit you agree to be charged an ‘Extra Class Fee’ in the amount of $15 per extra class that you book or attend. If you do not book or attend your maximum limit of classes on your membership during the allocated week, any unused classes will not rollover.
Payments / AutoPay Fail:
To hold a membership with Keilor Road Pilates, you must always have a linked credit card on your account. The weekly payment for your membership will be automatically charged from your linked credit card each week on your chosen day. If the payment is declined, it will automatically be attempted the following day and if declined again, a default fee of $9.90 will be charged.

Class Cancellations:
Thank you for respecting our waitlisted clients and honouring our strict 9-hour cancellation policy for classes and 12-hour cancellation for private appointments. In order to avoid forfeiting your class or getting a $15 late cancellation charge (for unlimited membership holders) please be sure to cancel online through your MindBody account at least 9 hours prior to your class. For private appointments we require cancellation via email to info@keilorroadpilates.com.au at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds or class credits and there are no exceptions. Thank you.
Waitlist Etiquette:
Our system will automatically add you to the class if a spot becomes available up to 15 minutes before the class start time. If you anticipate you will not be able to attend and have not yet been added to the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist online though your MindBody account. You will receive an email confirmation when you have been added to class from the waitlist. Please ensure you have email notifications switched on.
If you have been added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. Note that you may be moved into an early morning class overnight. Please wake up early enough to check, or remove your waitlist spot to ensure you do not miss a class.
Late Arrival Etiquette:
Please arrive early for a smooth check-in experience. Out of respect for other clients, instructors and your safety, there is no admittance after 2 minutes of the scheduled class time. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. Please make sure if you arrive early to have yourself signed in by the teacher after class to avoid penalty. Failure to check in can result in a late cancellation/no show fee.
Introductory offer:
Our 5 classes for $49 introductory offer is available once per client only, in order to introduce you to our studio. Clients found to be buying the Introductory Offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.
Class Etiquette:
Please make sure to check in with the teacher for every class you attend. Failure to check in can result in a late cancellation/no show fee.
Please leave personal items in storage drawers provided - this includes bags and shoes. Our studio is peaceful and a clutter free zone. Mobile phones can be kept with you provided they are on silent mode and are not distracting to you or other clients. Please place them out of the way of other clients near your reformer bed. Please keep all food and gum out of the studio. Stay for the entire class. If you have a special circumstance, let the teacher know before class starts and grab a reformer by the exit.
Socks Etiquette:
Socks are required for reformer classes for hygiene purposes, especially for exercises such as feet in straps. Grip socks are encouraged for all classes and are available to purchase in studio.
Lost property:
Keilor Road Pilates is not responsible for personal items. If you have misplaced an item, please email info@keilorroadpilates.com.au
